The FHTC Foundation continues to provide resources for scholarships and expanded educational opportunities for our students. Through the generosity of our donors, the Foundation’s scholarship program continues to grow and flourish. It is needed today more than ever. Technical education is one of the fastest-growing areas of higher education. The demands of technology require an increasing number of highly skilled and qualified workers to fill the workforce development needs of business and industry. FHTC is a leader within the region and state in educating and training people to further the economic growth of our community, state and nation.
The mission of the Flint Hills Technical College Foundation is to assist students through scholarships and to support the mission of the college by enhancing educational opportunities that lead to employment and continuous learning.
