Advanced Pastry Arts will focus on developing skills in cake design, sugar artistry, and chocolate craftmanship. Instruction in fundamental cake decorating techniques, emphasizing precision, creativity, and the development of a unique artistic style. Layered desserts that showcase multiple textures, flavors, and modern design. Techniques for tempering chocolate, creating pralines, bonbons, and mastering sugar art (pulled, blown, and poured sugar.
