NSG101 KSPN Fundamentals of Pharmacology and Safe Medication Administration

2 Credit Hours

This course provides an introduction to the principles of pharmacology including: pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacotherapeutics, common adverse/side effects, and contraindications. Emphasis is placed on nursing care related to the safe calculation and administration of medications to client s across the life span.
