The students will use advanced “G: and “M” codes, canned cycles and macros. They will learn to reduce programming time, setup time, and run time on the CNC mill. Projects will be programmed and run complete to exact tolerances. The students will also learn to program the Helmel Check Master. They will learn how to lay out an effective inspection plan with emphasis on future operators being able to understand and run the programs. This course includes an internship option for a portion of the class.
