The Kansas workforce crisis is critical:

• Kansas faces a “Severe” labor shortage with 82,000 unfilled skilled positions
• Only 51 available workers for every 100 open jobs in the state
• Employers struggle to find candidates with specialized technical skills
• New industries require training programs that don’t yet exist in our region
