Students will take on the role of Multimedia Project Manager in this course. Various team member roles will be discussed as well as planning, costing, designing, producing, and delivering a final product to the client. A fictional client and multimedia project will be given to each student. Students will form a plan, design a budget, set milestones, define deliverables, write a client proposal, create a production schedule, “hire” talent and crew, produce, and deliver the final product, all within the proposed budget.
