Upon completion of this course, students will possess a basic understanding of various levels of rules and regulations designed to protect us. He/she will also understand the situations and actions that cause injuries and the resultant costs to employers and employees. The student will be able to discuss in detail safety hazards, safe work practices, personal protective equipment (PPE), and the individual’s role in keeping safe and healthy.
